The Priyadarshini Planetarium immerses you in a realm of science and cosmic wonders like you've never seen before. The theatre is equipped with a cutting-edge GM-11 starfield projector that, believe it or not, can recreate the star-studded sky from any point on the world, at any hour and on any day 12,500 years ago or 12,500 years from now! Many people have been able to experience the delights of Virtual Reality without being confined to a gadget, thanks to this planetarium.

This is regarded as one of the best in South India, should be at the top of your list of sites to see in Trivandrum. This is India's first titled domed planetarium, and it has done an outstanding job of not just educating the public about astronomy but also keeping them up to date on the latest developments in the field
