Why to visit Labyrinth

This one-Michelin-star restaurant is nestled away in a corner of one of Singapore's most well-known theater/mall complexes, making it easy to overlook. The cuisine, on the other hand, is a different storey. Fresh produce—mostly acquired from farms in and around Singapore—is mixed with imaginative dressings like tofu puree and peanut sauce in Chef LG Han's meal, which he refers to as a "new manifestation of Singapore cuisine." The cocktails are like liquid cultural education.

The innovative modern cuisine provides a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience that challenges guests' perceptions. The Labyrinth team is on a never-ending pursuit for culinary perfection through innovation, while maintaining the greatest level of consistency and quality.

Special Tip

I would like to recommend their popular served dish, The Hiroshima Oyster, which is buttery and creamy outside, and spicy and delicious in taste.
