Alpine camps are set up at the Raj Gundha campsite and trekkers get to enjoy meals in front of a bonfire while enjoying calm music and the cool winds. The Raj Gundha Hike, which begins in Bir and ends in Kangra's Raj Gundha valley, is a 14-kilometer hard trek. The trail travels past Barot hamlet and woodlands, and runs near to a river, taking trekkers up to an altitude of 9,200 feet from where they may marvel at the spectacular snow-capped Dhauladhar peaks and green valleys.
