Why to visit Trekking in Sekumpul Waterfalls.

There are at least 7 waterfalls in this area of Northern Bali! Sekumpul, which means 'a group of,' is a group of seven waterfalls in north Bali. They are the most spectacular waterfalls on the island, fed by upland streams. The seven waterfalls are separated and dispersed, with heights and shapes that vary. The general atmosphere is cool and relaxing, with steep cliffs and rich vegetation.

Trekking around the Sekumpul Waterfalls is a popular tourist attraction, and you'll find lots of qualified guides and eager locals to join you on your journey. You'll see cool water tumbling down the rock face to a welcome pool below at each waterfall, enticing you to plunge in. However, getting to the gushing waterfalls in a lush green valley takes a 3-hour journey across hundreds of stairs, muddy trails, and streams.

Special Tip

The trek to Sekumpul Waterfalls is tricky, marked with rocky patches and wet surfaces that make it quite easy to lose your balance or miss a step. Don’t forget to wear shoes with good grip that are comfortable for the long trek.
