Why to visit Ripley's Aquarium
In Toronto, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada is one of the most popular tourist and family attractions. It's immediately south of Ripley's Aquarium in downtown Toronto. Ripley's Aquarium is a Canadian public aquarium that houses 1.5 million gallons of freshwater and marine ecosystems from around the world. Ripley's Aquarium of Canada is one of Ripleyâ Entertainment's three aquariums. The Ripley's Aquarium also houses over 400 different aquatic creatures.
The Ripley's Aquarium was supposed to be erected near the Niagara Falls at first. However, the plans fell through in 2004 due to a variety of factors. The construction of Ripley's Aquarium was moved and was to be built near Ripley's Aquarium. Ripley's Aquarium of Canada began building in 2011 and opened to the public in October of that year. Several hallways connect the aquarium to Ripley Aquarium, Roger Enter, and Front Street.
The 97-meter tunnel with a bridge to the deadly lagoon is the primary feature of the Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto. This tunnel allows tourists to witness a variety of sharks, including the Sand Tiger, eels, Green Sea Turtles, Sawfish, Sandbar, and Reef Sharks.
The two live presentations, Ray Bay Dive and Rainbow Reef Dive, are highly popular and contribute to the aquarium's appeal. The touch tank feature, where visitors can touch the tanks to experience various marine species, is another feature that makes Ripley's Aquarium a tourist attraction.
