The Mubarak Mandi Palace Complex is one of the architectural wonders that oozes opulence and wealth. With sections of its history dating back to 1824, this is likely one of Jammu's oldest structures.

Mubarak Mandi Palace now houses government offices, courts, and the Dogra Art Museum. However, other parts of the palace are in ruins as the palace has been destroyed by fire 36 times.
The Dogra Art Museum is located in Mubarak Mandi Palace's 'Pink Hall.' It features a large collection of miniature paintings in diverse styles from the region.
History of Mubarak Mandi Palace:
- Mubarak Mandi is a historically significant palace in Jammu & Kashmir. The castle served as the imperial palace of the Dogra clans, who ruled the Kashmir region.
- It served as the clan's primary dwelling until 1925. In 1925, Maharaja Hari Singh relocated to Hari Niwas Palace in Jammu.
- The palace, which faces the Tawi River, is located in the heart of Jammu's old walled city.

Entrance fee and timings at Mubarak Mandi Palace:
- Mubarak Mandi Palace Museum is open from 10:30 AM to 04:30 PM during the winter season and from 08:00 AM to 01:30 PM during the summer season.
