Why to visit Khao Shan Road

A street in central Bangkok that will meet all of your needs! This one street is jam-packed with street food stalls, bars, stores, restaurants, nightclubs, cafes, and massage parlours. This street is home to one of Bangkok's most well-known night markets. As the sun sets, it transforms into a shopper's paradise. Everything is available at a fair price. The cheap food, lodging, and clothing make this a winning combination for all travellers!

Khao San Road is where you'll find the strangest items. This location will not fail to surprise you, from a bogus Harvard diploma to kiosks selling barbecued scorpions! Tie-dye hippie clothes, sunglasses, shoes, souvenirs, jewellery, and much more are available. Before you come here, brush up on your bargaining skills, as sellers may try to sell you items at a greater price. Traditional Thai cuisine, such as the khao soi, is also available.

There is no BTS Skytrain near Khao San Road. The easiest way is to take a taxi.

Special Tip

Since it is a famous destination, it is over crowded, and you should be aware of pickpockets
