Why to visit Chao Phraya River

This River is Thailand's most important river and waterway, is used everyday by an average of 50,000 commuters. The rich plains and abundant fish of the river have long been grounds for Thailand's capitals, such as Ayutthaya, Thonburi, and Bangkok, to be chosen.

The boat rides, which are used by hundreds of people to commute from home to work every day, are extremely popular with tourists. It allows you to visit some of Bangkok's most popular tourist attractions, such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun. Tourists can choose between cheap, enjoyable rides on the ferries, which run frequently during the day, and extravagant meals and romantic excursions onboard large ships at night, all of which promise a rich, cultural experience unique to Thailand.

The best way to reach Chao Phraya is to take a BTS Skytrain and get down at Saphan Taskin station. Taking a tuk-tuk ride from there to reach Central Pier will get you down the banks of the Chao Phraya River
