Why to visit Daulatabad Fort

The historic stronghold of Daulatabad rises formidably from the middle of lush greenery. This architectural marvel, which is often referred to as one of Maharashtra's "seven marvels," is thought to have been constructed in the 12th century. Perhaps the most fascinating aspects of Devgiri fort, also known as Devgiri fort, is its location, from which you can capture a mesmerising perspective of the entire city. You'll have to climb about 750 steps to get to the top, but the view from below is breathtaking. The design of the Daulatabad Fort, which makes it one of the most strong castles of the mediaeval period, is one of the most inspiring characteristics of the fortress. It is constructed atop a 200-meter-high cliff

Special Tip

Carry your water bottle and eatables with you, as it is difficult to find food stalls near the fort
