Why to visit Mulher Fort

There are several water cisterns and a temple on the fort, as well as a water tank with crystal-clear water beneath a coating of neon algae. The Ganesha temple, located on the fort's lowest level, is ornately decorated. There are temples dedicated to Shiva, Ram, and Laxman, to name a few. In the lower part, near to the Ram-Laxman temple, are the ruins of a former palace. The majority of the defences are still standing, but the three main gates have collapsed. Within the defences, the fort is known for its nine water tanks.

The fort's summit offers a panoramic view of the Tungi and Mangi hills to the north, as well as Dhodap and Saptashringi to the east.Even after reaching the base settlement, there are ample sources of drinkable water within the fort. The trekkers have the option of bringing their own water supply.

Special Tip

If you bring tents, sleeping bags, and cooking equipment, you can spend the night on the top of Mulher Fort.
