Why to visit Miniaturk
It is Istanbul's largest miniature park, covering three acres and providing a view of the city's rich history, culture, and tradition. This ground-breaking park first opened its doors to the public in 2003. It is a 1:25 size model of some of Turkey's most important buildings, with a total of 122 models. It is one of the world's largest such parks, covering 3 acres. There are 58 pmodels from Istanbul, 52 from Antolia, and 12 from former Ottoman provinces currently outside Turkey among the models in the park.
This is a massive miniature park with a fascinating collection of artwork and historical structures. It allows you to take a mini-tour of Turkey by presenting you with a miniature replica of the country's most famous monuments and buildings all in one spot. Aside from that, the park features Turkish pools and waterworks. It's an interesting visit that will keep you occupied for a few hours, and even if you didn't get a chance to see any important buildings during your trip to Turkey, you can still take a picture with it!
Miniaturk, located on the northeastern bank of the Golden Horn in Istanbul's Beyoglu neighbourhood, is easily accessible by city bus from Taksim, Eminonu, and Topkapi, which are all well-connected to public transportation. Take a short cab journey from the city centre or arrange a tour that includes round-trip transportation for optimal convenience.
