Why to visit SEA LIFE

At Sea Life, which boasts the world's greatest collection of sharks and other marine creatures, get up up and personal with the aquatic beauties. This public aquarium is one of the top locations to visit in Istanbul, Turkey, and it allows you to explore underwater life for a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. The aquarium includes twenty-one themed zones and houses roughly fifteen thousand sea creatures. In the interactive rock pools, you may touch crabs and sea fish while admiring the massive sea bed show.

Istanbul SEA LIFE Aquarium is one of Europe's largest aquariums, with over 15,000 aquatic animals spread throughout 21 zones. A stingray display, a touchpool, a 60-strong school of sharks, and a sea turtle hospital with the world's largest turtle weighing 440 pounds are among the highlights (200 kilograms). SEA LIFE Istanbul is a marine wildlife conservation facility and aquarium. The aquarium has Europe's largest collection of sharks and an 83-meter walk-in tunnel where visitors can witness a wide variety of sharks gliding around them!

To get here, take the M1A or M1B metro line to Kocatepe Station and exit. Take the Forum Istanbul Mall exit from the metro station. The Aquarium's entrance is located outside the mall.
