Why to visit Dalai lama temple

Also known as Namgyal monastery, the temple is famous for its beauty. The temple contains many statues of Buddha, Avaloktwshwara, Padmasambhava, and others. there are many religious books present. While entering the main complex of the temple, you will see people praying and performing rituals with prayer wheels. Some people prefer a morning walk or an evening walk around the temple. This temple is famous for providing religious teachings and preserving Tibetan culture. Morning prayers and meditation is the most important aspect of this temple. The 14th Dalai Lama offers his prayers and preaches in this temple. However, it is not very likely that you get a glimpse of the Lama as he is mostly busy with his spiritual and political duties. People visit this temple for meditation, prayers, and rituals. You will surely get an amazing experience and beautiful location with breathtaking view & market to shop & eat with lots of variety especially Momo's steamed & Fried with super delicious chutney.
