This was the Swaminarayan Sampraday's first temple, built according to scriptural guidelines with intricate carving in pure Burma-teak and sculptural art showing deities' events, auspicious symbols, and religious iconography, all of which symbolise foundational faith and Indian culture. The temple is considered a rich cultural treasure in Gujarat's and India's socio-religious history.
There are also a few hotels which provide the perfect accommodation.
