Why to visit Diwan-i-Aam

It is well-known as the location where Shah Jehan held his public meetings and listened to their grievances. It is a magnificent piece of architecture that captivates everyone. Many well-known writers, including Jean Baptiste Tavernier and Francois Bernier, have published memoirs about it. Because of its columns and ceilings, this site's exquisite beauty gives it a regal aspect. It is close to the Macchi Bhawan and has always piqued the interest of visitors. The Emperor's throne chamber, known as Takht-e-Murassa or the Throne Room, is located beneath the Diwan-e-Aam.
