Why to visit Undavalli Caves

These cave dates back over 1300 years and have been made from a single basis of sandstone, which is dedicated to Lord Padmanabha and Lorth Narasimha. You will discover Jain and Buddhist designs while exploring the structures and motifs of these caverns. A short walk to a peaceful place with an amazing outlook of the river Krishna from the Undavalli cave. Considered one of the first examples of construction in the Gupta style, this caverns are a fantastic destination for historians and connoisseurs in Vijayawada.
