Why to visit Bara Imambara
The Imambara is well known for its magnificent maze, known locally as Bhul Bhulaiya, which is located on the monument's upper floor. According to legend, there are 1024 ways to enter the maze but only two ways to exit. It is also known as Asfi Imambara, after the name of the Nawab of Lucknow who ordered it built. It is a significant place of worship for Muslims. The Imambara is built in a distinctive design. Furthermore, there was no use of wood or metal in the construction of this mosque.
A trip of the Bara Imambara can be arranged by hiring a guide. They would tell you stories and information about the Bara Imambara in their Lucknowi tehzeeb.
