- Secure your Grand Canyon National Park pass. It’s $35 per car.
- Make sure you arrive with a full tank of gas.Inside the park, there is only one gas station, which is located at Desert View. Approximately seven kilometers to the south Tusayan is the closest petrol station outside of the park's boundaries.
- Prepare yourself a good hiking gear with all necessary items including comfortable hiking footwear, a first aid kit, a knife or multi-tool, etc
- Prepare yourself with proper hydration facilities.
The best month to visit the Grand Canyon
Between April and June, when there is less rainfall and temperatures have not yet reached their summer peaks is the best time to visit The Great Canyon.
