Why to visit Ajmer Jain Temple
In Ajmer, Rajasthan, the Nasiyan Digambar Jain Temple is located on Prithviraj Marg. After the Jain temples of Ranakpur and Mt. Abu, this temple is the most exquisite. Even the finest Mughal architecture pales in comparison to the magnificent design, architecture, and beauty of these structures. Silver linings and diamonds are used on the walls and other areas. This design can't be found anywhere else on the planet.
The Ajmer Jain Temple, also known as Soniji Ki Nasiyan, is a Digambar Jain temple dedicated Rishabhdev (Agnidev), Jainism's first Tirthankara. Because the temple is composed of red sandstone, it is also known as the Red Temple. The temple's primary feature is the Swarna Nagari "Golden City" chamber, which contains many gold-plated wooden statues depicting various Jain characters.
The hall is embellished with Belgium stained glass and colored glasswork and spans 3,200 square feet. The Golden Temple is known for its focal foyer, which is embellished with gold and silver ornaments. There are also wooden gold depictions, glass images, and paintings on display at the shrine.
