Hmuifang is a hill city in the province of Mizoram, situated 50 kilometres from the capital city of Aizawl. The hill station is noted for its adrenaline and wildlife-related sports, which attracts a large number of visitors. It is a country of virginal green trees and pristine slopes, free of human civilization. 
Hmuifang is also known for hosting the Thalfavang Kut festival, which showcases diverse Mizo dances such as Sawlakai, Cheraw, Siktuithiang lam, and Chheihlam and is sponsored by the Tourism Development of Mizoram.
The breathtaking cliffs and lovely landscapes are truly breathtaking. The little patches of grasses that dot the summit are ideal for picnics and camping. Trekking around the local villages that surround the summit is also an option.
Hmuifang is 50 kilometres from Aizawl, and the most convenient method to go there is to hire a tourist vehicle from Aizawl.

During the winter, woollens are required, whilst in the summer, cotton clothing will suffice.

Hmuifang Tlang has a well-known hill resort that provides excellent amenities and activities in the hill station, but reservations are required in advance. If you are unable to book a stay at the resort, Aizawl is the next best alternative for lodging.
