The morning aarti starts around 6 in the morning and evening aarti is around 6:30pm in the evening .

Is there any dress code?

No there is no such dress code, but one should wear decent cloths in a temple .

The temple is famous for Ratha yatra that takes place every year in the month of February (on Purnima) try visiting during this time .
