Science City is a city dedicated to science. Pushpa Gujral is another name for Kapurthala. The Punjab government built Science City as a sanctuary for science enthusiasts. It is located 15 kilometres from Jalandhar and covers an area of 72 acres. Its mission is to encourage individuals, particularly younger children, to become interested in how the physical world works.
