  • How To Reach: The beach is 10.8 kms from the Havelock Island jetty and is easily accessible via the SH4 road.

2. Corbyn’s Cove Beach

It is six kms from the Port Blair town and is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Hotels, changing rooms, restaurants, bars, and adventure water sports are available here. You can observe historical relics like Japanese Bunkers on the way to the beach.

  • How To Reach: It's about 9 kms from the airport and takes about 35 minutes to get there.

3. Kala Pathar Beach

It is a long stretch of sand with large black rocks jutting out into the sea. It is not a very crowded area, and sunbathing, and photography are popular activities. You can also go exploring in the dense mangrove forest. The beach has no restaurants or cafes.

  • How To Reach: There are numerous routes to go to Kala Pathar, which is around 60 miles from Port Blair. There are government ferries that can get you here in 2.5 hours.

  • Timings: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

4. Elephant Beach

Elephant Beach is Havelock Island's only beach and is known for its clear water and water activities. The water at the beach is shallow, so people should avoid going too far out. Some popular activities include sea walk, glass bottom boats, and snorkelling.

  • How To Reach: The speed boats depart from the Havelock jetty and travel 8.7 km to reach Elephant Beach.

  • Timings: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

5. Wandoor Beach
