Why to visit Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace is one of London's most famous structures, and it is home to the city's most popular display of pomp and circumstance, the Changing of the Guard. Every season, at 11:30 a.m., this ritual takes place, where precision marching is accompanied by music and orchestra. The Palace was erected in 1837 and has served as the Royal family's residence throughout Queen Victoria's reign. Looking at the fl is one way to tell if the Queen is in the palace or not.

Buckingham Palace, the reigning monarch's formal residence and administrative headquarters, is a popular tourist attraction. It is situated in Westminster, the capital of the United Kingdom.

She will be present if the royal banner is flying. The Queen may visit the central balcony on several important occasions. During the months of August and September, when the Queen pays her yearly visit to Balmoral, 19 rooms are open to the public.
