Policy

50% advance payment at the time of booking.
The package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has been received by us.
A package will only be considered booked upon receipt of the advance payment.

All cancellations must be conveyed in written form, as verbal communications will not be accepted.
The token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date will result in cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges will range from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
Full retention charges will be imposed for bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in case of a no-show.
Connecting Traveller reserves the right to cancel your invoice if the advance amount, i.e., 50% of the total tour package cost, is insufficient.
If clients are suspected of engaging in any illegal activity or violent behavior, Connecting Traveller will immediately cease services while withholding all refunds.
The Company reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour for smooth operations. Such modifications may be necessitated by acts of nature, technical issues, sudden service disruptions, governmental policies, or similar circumstances.

No reimbursements will be provided for missed or unused services, encompassing flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services offered by CT.
