Policy

50% advance payment at the time of booking.
The package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has been received by us.

All cancellations must be conveyed in written form.
The token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date will result in cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges will range from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
Full retention charges will be imposed for bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in case of a no-show.
Connecting Traveller reserves the right to cancel your invoice if the advance amount, i.e., 50% of the total tour package cost, is insufficient.
If clients are suspected of engaging in any illegal activity or violent behavior, Connecting Traveller will immediately cease services while withholding all refunds.

No reimbursements will be provided for missed or unused services, encompassing flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services offered by CT.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee or non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations 15-30 days before departure will receive a partial refund, usually 50-75% of the total amount, depending on the package and circumstances.
Cancellations less than 15 days before departure will result in limited or no refund due to significant costs.
If Connecting Traveller cancels the trip before departure, an alternative package will be offered to the traveler.
In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest, refunds or rescheduling options will be offered based on the situation.
Changes to bookings before departure may incur additional fees and are subject to availability and any extra costs.No refund will be provided if a traveler fails to show up without prior notification.
Refunds will be processed within 2 to 6 weeks after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
