Confirmation Policy

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the tour start date to secure your reservation.
  • Confirmation of your booking is subject to availability and receipt of the required deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15 days and 10 days before the tour start date will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour start date or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire tour cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Please note that the non-refundable deposit is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees or administrative charges.
