Tour Itinerary

  • Arrive at Nội Bài International Airport, Hanoi.
  • Complete immigration formalities.
  • Meet our friendly driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in (Standard check-in time: 2 pm).
  • Spend the day at leisure, exploring Hang Da market and the night market (open on weekends).
  • Visit Ta Hien corner, known for its vibrant street life.
  • Overnight stay in Hanoi.
  • After breakfast, meet your guide and driver in the hotel lobby.
  • Travel to Ninh Binh province, approximately 100 km from Hanoi.
  • Visit the Bai Dinh Pagoda complex.
  • Ride electric vehicles to explore the site, including 500 stone statues of Arhats, a Bell tower with bronze bells, and a Golden statue of the Goddess of Mercy.
  • Walk up to the summit mountain to see the 100-ton bronze statue of Buddha Sakyamuni.
  • Enjoy a 2-hour Sampan boat ride in Trang An, passing through caves such as Hang Toi, Sang Cave, and Hang Nau Ruou.
  • Visit Mua cave and climb 500 stone steps for panoramic views of the Tam Coc area.
  • Return to Hanoi and overnight stay.
  • At 8:15 am, a bus and guide will pick you up from the hotel.
  • Travel to Ha Long Bay, with a short rest stop on the way.

Confirmation Policy

  • 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
  • The package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has been received by us.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be conveyed in written form.
  • The token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to the travel date will result in cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation charges will range from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • Full retention charges will be imposed for bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in case of a no-show.
  • Connecting Traveller reserves the right to cancel your invoice if the advance amount, i.e., 50% of the total tour package cost, is insufficient.
  • If clients are suspected of engaging in any illegal activity or violent behavior, Connecting Traveller will immediately cease services while withholding all refunds.

 

Refund Policy

No reimbursements will be provided for missed or unused services, encompassing flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services offered by CT.
