- Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination
- Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
- Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
- Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
- All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.
- All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary
- It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable
- We are committed to providing vehicles as per quotation like Innova / xylo or similar but cannot provide any particular model of said car.
- Sometimes we provide similar cars due to permit issues or non-availability of said car.
- Please inform the nationality and country of travelers If Non-Indian travelers are traveling.
- Bumla Pass are subject to Permissibility, if Permit application is not approved then alternative tours will be provided.
- Please carry a valid Aadhar Card /voter ID card/ Passport along with 4 pieces of passport size photographs for all passengers.
- Those who are partially vaccinated or who are below 18 years of age shall be permitted to enter on production of negative RTPCR report taken within 72 hours prior to date of entry.
- If any emergency lockdown or new covid19 guidelines are announced by any State government for your travel destinations then the tour will be postponed, refund not possible.
- No Refund will be entertained in case of Disasters, like disturbed political situations, bad weather, Earthquake and any other natural calamities which are beyond control.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy strictly depends on Suppliers, like Airlines, Railways, Hotels, Transporters, etc.
- Driver details will be sent 24 hours prior from the travel date.
- Tourists should register on the Meghalaya portal or app and generate an e-invite.
- For eILP please send all passenger details 7-10 days before the journey.
Child Policy:
- Children above 12+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate.
- Children of 5+ to 11 years sharing a parent's room will be charged as per CWB / CNB.
