Why to visit Bagore Ki Haveli
On the shores of Lake Pichola, the luxurious and elegant Bagore ki Haveli was constructed in the eighteenth century. The Haveli was constructed by Amar Chand Badwa, the prime minister of the Mewar Kingdom. It has over a hundred rooms with magnificent exhibits decorated with mirrors and glass works.
Highlights of the Bagore Ki Haveli:
- A museum and cultural center are also located inside Bangor Ki Haveli.
- Live folk dance and music performances are scheduled here in the evening. Mirrors, glass inlay artwork, and frescoes are used to embellish the palace.
- There are balconies, jharokhas, ornamental archways, cupolas, and a special fountain in addition to the expansive courtyards.
