Why to visit Rafting in Kameg River

Enjoy the excitement and speed of rafting on the Kameng River, which is surrounded by a calm North-East ecosystem. With its changing grades of rapids, the bewitching and mesmerising river, originally known as Bhareli River, is ready to be discovered. White river rafting is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that will leave you utterly awe inspired in the most isolated of the locations packed with packages of wilderness. So pack your bags and prepare for the most exciting adventure of your life.

Seppa is the beginning point because the river is relatively not that rapid here. You'd only have to navigate a few rapids, which would be very easy for an experienced rafter, before drifting into the dense vegetation. The river begins to reveal its full character as you descend. You'll come across some amazing grade IV rapids that you'll have to navigate expertly. These are powerful rapids that each white water rafting trip will encounter, especially in the beginning.

The view of the dam and the white water while navigating the rapids and gorges adds to the thrill of rafting on the Kameng River. On the final day, you'll pass through a beautiful gorge and a series of grade III and IV rapids. On the last day of rafting, you'll arrive in Bhalukpong, where the river enters the Assam lowlands and slows down.
