Why to visit Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden

The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, located in the foothills of the Zabarwan mountain range in Srinagar, is Asia's largest tulip garden. It used to be known as the Model Floriculture Center, and it now looks out over the beautiful Dal Lake. Among the 48 varieties of tulips at the Tulip Garden are roses, daffodils, hyacinths, and iris.

Special Tip

Visit this location in March to see the tulips blooming and to appreciate their beauty.
