Why to visit Chashme Shahi

The Mughal garden of Chashme Shahi, located in the Zabarwan range overlooking the Dal Lake, is one of Srinagar's three Mughal gardens. It was built in 1632 AD by Ali Marda Khan on the orders of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his eldest son Dara Shikoh, and is also known as Chashma-i-Shahi. Rupa Bhawani, a natural spring in Chashme Shahi Garden, is well-known. From March through November, it is open to visitors

Special Tip

The breathtaking view during winters are always the cherry on top. Never miss out this view.
