Why to visit Tanjong Beach

Families with young children will enjoy this beach because it offers a variety of activities such as frisbee throwing and sandcastle building. The Tanjong Beach Club, located on the sickle-shaped Tanjong Beach, is a beach bar/club where visitors can relax while listening to music and sipping cocktails and other refreshments. The beach is also lined with sidewalks that are bordered by lush vegetation and are ideal for evening and morning strolls. On the walkways, there are food, snack, and drink stalls that attract a large number of beachgoers. Aside from that, a beach volleyball court is available. Kayaks and surfboards are also available for rent for water sports enthusiasts. Swimming costumes and towels can be rented at beach stalls.

Tanjong Beach, a man-made beach on Singapore's Sentosa Island, is known for its white sandy shoreline. It is less congested than the other two tourism beaches on Sentosa, and attracts visitors looking for a respite from the city's hectic pace. The club evolves into a celebration of liveliness and living a more carefree life on weekends. Choose from a plethora of year-round parties, adorn yourself with carefully picked accessories from The Beach Shop, and get ready to dance the night away.

Special Tip

To avoid getting a sunburn, bring your sunscreen lotion and SPF creams with you. To protect oneself from the sun, wear appropriate items such as sunglasses and a hat. If you wish to go beach fishing, bring your fishing gear.
