Why to visit Chadwick Falls

Chadwick Falls is surrounded by dense green forest and appears charming in the midst of pine and deodar-covered steep slopes. The tribes and foresters also get their water from the fall. The breathtaking vista of the snow-capped mountains makes the trek to Chadwick Falls exhilarating.

The location was first known as "Chidku Jhaar," where "Chidku" is the local dialect for the bird and "Jhaar" refers to the waterfall. The reason for the name is that only a bird can climb to the peak of the waterfall due to its height. Chadwick Falls is the name given to it by Britons. ’
