This store sells a variety of home items as well as fresh veggies. It is one of Shillong's largest and oldest commercial districts, with primarily local women owning businesses selling fresh vegetables, handicrafts, and a variety of other things.
The location is well-known for the tribal vitality that it investigates and allows tourists and travellers to experience. Everything from handicrafts to winter clothing can be purchased here, all of which are infused with a sense of the hill station's tribal existence.
