This is a very important temple because of the myths surrounding its past, and it is located close the Jagannath Temple. It is said that Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati married on the sixth day of the Jyeshta fortnight, and that Goddess Lakshmi invited them to this temple.
For all tourists and worshippers visiting Puri, this temple is a must-see.
