Why to visit JOIA

This location offers a warm, friendly and perfect atmosphere with an open plan kitchen that brings together the blonde hardwood floors, peacock blue banquettes and aromatic plants planted in wooden cranes makes the ambiance more pleasant and adapted.

Apart from the interior, this restaurant serves unpretentious, tasty and hearty food. It is way too generous for their portions and varieties. The quantities are copious and refined. Dishes like Landes chickens doused in creamy butter and rosemary and Angus beef with crunchy whole carrots for good measure (or, at the very least, for your conscience) and polenta so creamy, you'll be hooked. To quench your thirst, you’re in luck: one of Paris’ most unique wine lists is here. All of the vintage wines are made by female winemakers, or vigneronnes.

Special Tip

Personally, I would recommend Ardi Gasna d'Estives de chez Beat, fromager à Saint-Jean de Luz. These desserts will undoubtedly whet your sweet tooth.
