Raj Bhawan, also known as Governor House, is a British-era building that now serves as the Governor of Uttarakhand's residence. It is a two-story building with 113 rooms that is known for its magnificent appearance and old-world charm. It is a replica of Buckingham Palace built in Victorian Gothic style.

The Raj Bhawan Golf Course, constructed in 1936, is one of India's vintage golf courses and is affiliated with the Indian Golf Union. Other attractions in the complex include Jhandidhar Modi Heights and Munshi Heights.
