Why to visit Kelva Beach

Kelva Beach, which stretches for 7 kilometres along the beautiful Arabian Sea, is one of Maharashtra's best weekend destinations. The wonderful golden sands of the beach, which are lined with gorgeous Suru trees, are great for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying long romantic walks.

The beach's beautiful sunsets attract a large number of visitors who come to see the spectacular sight when the blue skies are flooded with hues of orange and purple. Aside from relaxing and revitalising, the beach offers a variety of things to try your hand at, such as ATV rides, camel rides, and horseback riding.

There are various sites around and around Kelva Beach that can be combined for sightseeing. Kelva Fort and Sheetala Devi Temple are two of the most prominent attractions. Swimming at the beach during low tide is also not recommended because the water gets quite deep very quickly, posing a life hazard. There are various resorts and motels on the beach that offer dining and overnight accommodations.
