Why to visit Hanging Gardens

The 138-year-old Hanging Gardens are located on the western slope of the Malabar Hills. Due to its name, it is a man-made terrace garden built on multi-level stone terraces. The garden is lush with trees, shrubs, and a variety of vibrant flowers. There are numerous hedges sculpted into animal shapes.

Even though it is one of the locals' favourite sites, it is still peaceful and distant from the rush and bustle of the city. The environment is cleaner and greener than other regions, thus people enjoy to come here for morning walks, jogs, and exercise.

People come here to relax in the midst of nature and witness one of Mumbai's most beautiful sunsets over the vast Arabian Sea. Not only that, but the location provides spectacular views over South Mumbai, its beaches, and the magnificent Queen's Necklace.

If you arrive early in the morning, you can take in the views of the tall buildings on foggy days, and as the day progresses and dusk approaches, the sights of the city lights will enchant you. All of these circumstances can be captured in a frame and hung on the wall of your ideal experiences
