It is commonly known as the Sky Cab, claims to be the world's steepest cable car journey, taking guests to a height of 708 metres above sea level. The cable car transports passengers to Mount Mat Cincang, Langkawi's second highest peak, and is hence regarded one of Langkawi's must-see attractions. After taking in the sights, it'll be time to leave, and the same cable-car ascent process will be repeated on the way down. You can pick up some mementos at the final or base station along the way before continuing your explorations further on Langkawi's lovely island.

The temperature will begin to decrease as the Langkawi Cable Car ascends, and a windy air will begin to pour into the cabin through ventilation openings at the top.

On a visit here, tourists are advised to carry a jacket as the elevation in height invites chilled winds.
