It's a saffron-colored flatbread or naan. The dish is created with milk, yeast, and maida and is pleasantly sweet. The ingredients are combined and set aside for a few minutes. It rises due to the yeast in it, and it is then baked in the famed tandoor, or Indian oven. It's delicious with a cup of chai or by itself. Although the meal is also prepared in Hyderabad, the Lucknowis make it better.
When you visit Lucknow, you have to have this dish.
