Why to visit Venugopala Swamy Temple

A Hoysala architecture in Karnataka, India is an example of Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple in Hosa Kannambadi, near Krishna Raja Sagara. It was established in the 12th century AD around Somanathapura, district of Mysore, as the Chennakesava Temple. The temple was condemned for immersion when the KRS dam was designed in 1909. By 1930, Kannambadi was entirely buried underwater in the former settlement. However, when the water in the reservoir fell, the temple would reemerge, usually during years of drought. The year 2000 was the most obvious.
