The top is located in Moonnilavu Village in Meenachil Taluk, and Teekoy is the city closest to it. The most notable characteristic of this peak, in addition to a number of other distinguishing characteristics, is that half the boulder of the spectacular rock has crumbled.

The other half stands firmly and portrays a very exalted image. The unusual location, which is encircled by enormous green hills, features immaculate surroundings, beautiful panoramic views, and an overall utopian feeling. The majestic view of the Arabian Sea in the near horizon as a thin blue stroke, in addition to the bizarre natural beauty, is a sight beyond words.

Illikkal Kallu, one of the tallest peaks in the area, is made up of three distinct hills, each of which reaches at least 4,000 feet above sea level. The location is blessed with abundant natural bliss and is still untapped by tourism. It boasts mystical surroundings, hills blanketed in greenery, and an overall idyllic setting. Above all, the view of the sunset as seen from the peak is breathtaking; the moon rises next to the orange sun as it sets. Additionally, all adventure seekers can experience an adrenaline rush on the winding roads that lead to the spectacular boulders.
