Why to visit Willingdon Island

Willingdon Island, named after Lord Willingdon, the British Viceroy of India, is one of India's largest man-made islands. This lovely island connects Kochi port to other national and international ports in a variety of ways. Furthermore, the island is home to some of the district's most opulent hotels, as well as commercial and industrial structures. The ferry runs between Ernakulum Jetty and Kochi Port and costs approximately 6 INR.
