Why to visit Rana Meyhane
The greatest of Mediterranean and Ottoman cuisine collide at Râna, formerly known as Topaz. The tranquil ambiance of Râna, which overlooks the Bosphorus, is reminiscent of the stone after which it is called in its geometric design, which is supplemented with modern furnishings. There are two tasting menus available at the restaurant: modern and classic.
The first section features inventive recipes such as goose liver terrine with cranberry marmalade and walnut, while the second section features classics such as Turkish ravioli with meat and strained yoghurt. Râna's wine list has won national acclaim thanks to an award from local publication Gusto, and the staff is delighted to recommend pairings upon request.

The most delicious appetiser you will ever have here is their mouthwatering grilled meat balls with sorbet and fried calamaris.
