Why to visit Rajwada Palace

Rajwada is a majestic and historical palace in the city of Indore that was built by the Holkars more than 200 years ago and is located near the famed Kajuri Market. It's a seven-story edifice near the Chhatris that serves as a fine illustration of regal splendour. The Rajwada palace, which is nestled between the bustling alleys of the Kajuri Bazar and confronts the city's main plaza, also faces a well-kept garden with a statue of Queen Ahilya Bai, an artificial waterfall, and other lovely fountains. Even after all these years, the palace remains one of Indore's most popular tourist attractions and one of the city's oldest landmarks.

Special Tip

The fort could take more than a couple of hours to thoroughly investigate. So have snacks on hand and throw them away in the specified trash cans.
