Why to visit Purani Haveli

Mir Momen, the Peshwa of Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah, lived in Purani Haveli, a palace initially intended to serve as a residence for him. Purani Haveli is unquestionably one of Hyderabad's golden era landmarks, and it's noted for its impressive collection of artwork and talent, as well as serving as a museum. It's a gorgeous building with a lot to offer history buffs! In the Purani Haveli, one of the most unusual features is the world's longest wardrobe! It has a hand-operated elevator and is built on two floors. His Silver Jubilee Celebrations in 1927 left him with a fantastic collection of mementos, gifts, keepsakes, and models.

Special Tip

In the museum, taking pictures is prohibited.
