Another option is to look around for pearls and other semi-precious stones as well as handwoven silk products and other wedding-related items.Here, the lacquer is called "Laad" and it is used to manufacture bangles with imitation diamonds. There's also'soorma' - a natural kohl that comes in an elegant bottle, and vibrant dupattas!
Here in Laad Bazaar, bargaining and haggling are an everyday occurrence. Due to the culture of bartering in the area, the prices of products are inflated.
